We’ll start by clarifying the WHAT and the WHO. What are you making, who is it for, and how will it change their lives? Without a solid scalable offer, your sales will fall flat! You’ll receive support with testing a new offer or refining an existing one, copywriting, pricing, and shaping your program, membership, or course so that you’ll be ready to scale.
APRIL: the SYSTEM
HOW will you consistently find the people who need your product or service? By building a robust rinse-and-repeat pathway that primes your audience and develops new leads—all while centering your voice and developing a holistic selling style. You’ll receive support with organic and paid lead generation, online and offline audience growth strategies, conversion-focused content marketing, automating and systematizing your lead generation, and that pesky fear of being seen.
MAY: the SALES
DO THE THING. The Incubator concludes with the implementation of your Scalable Sales System! You will plan and execute a scalable sales system that aligns with your values and your skills, culminating with an offer to your audience so they can invest in their future with you. You’ll learn how to create a sales cycle that fills live launches and/or evergreen sales and you’ll receive support with launch development, overcoming sales mindset issues (if you’re afraid to sell because you think you’ll “bother people” or that folks will judge you, this is FOR YOU), and analyzing the results to you an reiterate and improve your system.

Ten 60-minute group coaching calls over three months on Zoom video with Sarah and your peers. The Holistic Business Incubator is not for everyone. This program is only for:

In the Incubator you will create or refine a scalable offer and craft a sales system that is scalable, too!
Most folks who launch have been taught that all you need to do is put an offer out to a warm audience and the sales will come rolling in. If you’ve launched that way before you’ve likely discovered the sad truth: it doesn’t work. Fortunately, there are specific steps and processes that will lead your audience through an experience that makes them excited to invest, and that’s exactly what I teach in the Incubator.
Yes! One of the resources inside the Incubator is how to automate your sales cycle using evergreen techniques. Evergreen funnels require ongoing tweaking, but you will be able to create and start testing an automated sales strategy while in the Incubator if you choose. However, we will recommend that you complete a live launch first to ensure that your offer converts and is ready to scale.
This is a common misconception with soul-centered entrepreneurs. Your WORK is awesome. But without a bangin’ offer and scalable sales strategy, even the folks who would be ideal customers won’t know that they need what you’re making. The Incubator will guide you step-by-step to create an offer that actually converts into sales, and helps your ideal customers know that their next step is to invest with you.
Nope! The Incubator is designed to help businesses that are ready to scale, which means they have validated their business concept by working with customers or selling their products and services.
Yes! As long as you know WHAT you do and HOW you help people (you’ve worked with clients 1:1 for example, or done in-person workshops), our Offer Creation segment in Month One will guide you to build your scalable offer.
Maybe! The Incubator is ideal for folks selling scalable, leveraged offers like courses and digital products. If you make a physical product and want to teach others how to do what you do, or create a subscription service (like a monthly or quarterly product box) or transition to a collection release model, then the Incubator can help!
Coaching calls will be held consistently on Wednesdays at 5pm ET so you can plan ahead.
Can’t make it? Don’t worry! You’ll be able to submit questions in advance of each call, and will have access to the replays within 24 hours. Additionally, with the private Slack chat, you’ll be able to reach out for support from Sarah, her team, and the launching peers at any time. The calls are just one component of the personalized support inside the Incubator, and you won’t miss out if you can’t attend live.
That’s up to you! The calls and core content generally take only 1-2 hours per week, while the bulk of your time will be spent actually creating the assets and strategy to launch your offer with your Scalable Sales System. Creating the system can be 1-2 hours per week or more depending on what methods you choose and what timeline you adhere to. Because the Incubator is designed to support YOU, you can easily make this work fit into your existing schedule. Our top students generally spend 2-4 hours per week, but also build in time to take breaks over the course of the three month program.
